• Minimum 1 year of OTR experience

• Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience (including tarping)

• Valid CDL-A License

• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years

• No recent at‑fault rollovers (past year)

• No failed DOT drug/alcohol test (lifetime)

• Felony convictions reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis (no pending cases in last 5 years)

• Must pass a urine drug test

• Automatic transmissions

• ARB - compliant equipment

• Maintained late‑model fleet

• Regional routes

• Home weekends

• Consistent freight year‑round
