This is not a casual labor position. We are hiring professional team members who take safety, responsibility, and customer service seriously. This role follows strict safety and professionalism standards and requires working calmly and efficiently in customers’ homes. For the right candidate, there is a clear leadership path into driver and crew-leader roles based on performance. This position is best suited for individuals seeking structure, accountability, and long-term growth.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Reliable, on-time, and able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
• Strong respect for customer property, safety procedures, and equipment
• Willing to accept coaching and follow company standards consistently
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy items throughout the workday
• Valid driver’s license (required for driver/lead roles)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Physically able to lift and carry 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for driver and advancement roles)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and company policies consistently
• Background check required
