1. High Earning Power & Cash Incentives

- Drivers are domiciled out of the East Granby, CT Yard facility and start/stop their shift locally at the terminal, supporting a regional supermarket distribution network.
- Operating within a 250-mile radius covering NJ, CT, MA, VT, RI, and NH (
averaging 1,865 miles/week
). Hauling fresh and frozen grocery inventory on 46'-53' temperature-controlled reefer trailers (multistop store deliveries averaging 31 stops/week). Driver assists with unloading 1-3 pallets per stop using an automatic or manual pallet jack. Drives modern automatic slip-seat day cabs.
- Daily Home Time: Get back to your own bed after every single shift! Choose between two 12-14 hour day-shift schedule options:
- Option 1: Sunday through Thursday schedule (start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM).
- Option 2: Tuesday through Saturday schedule (start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM).

- Driver Standard: Must hold at least 3 months of Class-A tractor-trailer experience in the past 6 months
. Personal commuter transportation to and from the yard daily is required. - Toxicology: Strict safety standards requiring clean results on mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug tests.
