School Leaver Trainee Accountant – ACA & ACA/CTA – September 2026 Start
We are looking for a motivated school leaver to join our team as a Trainee Accountant, starting September 2026. This role will be part of our Level 7 Apprenticeship programme, leading to an ACA or ACA/CTA qualification.

Qualification:
You will achieve the globally‑recognised ACA or ACA/CTA qualification as part of our programme. - Hands‑On Learning: Gain valuable hands‑on experience in Audit, Accounting, or Tax teams from day one.
- Diverse Client Base: Work with ambitious and inspiring clients across a wide variety of industries.
During the programme you can choose one of two streams: join our fast‑growing Audit department for immediate client contact, or experience rotations across Accountancy, Audit and Tax teams through our Launchpad Scheme before settling into a department. As you progress, you will take on greater responsibility.
Ready to Shine – Entry Requirements- 3 A Levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of BBC/112 (280) UCAS points
- 9 GCSEs 9‑5 (A*‑C) with at least Grade 6 (B) in Maths and English
