Join a growing and supportive independent Worcestershire accountancy practice working with a diverse client base, from startups and small businesses to established groups.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values development and encourages long‑term career progression.

You will manage a varied portfolio, preparing accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders, while building strong client relationships. You’ll handle queries, highlight key issues to senior management, and identify opportunities to introduce additional services. This is a hands‑on role with great exposure across different sectors.

• ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
• Practice experience with accounts preparation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
