We're working with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Worcester that's continuing to grow and is looking to welcome an Audit Semi Senior into the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with UK practice experience who wants to develop technically, progress their career and work in a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

You'll be involved in audit assignments from planning through to completion, working alongside experienced managers and partners while continuing to develop your knowledge and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with audit planning, fieldwork and completion
• Preparing audit files and working papers
• Building relationships with clients throughout the audit process
• Supporting and reviewing junior team members where appropriate
• Working with clients across a broad range of sectors and sizes
• Continuing your ACA or ACCA studies with full support from the firm

• Around 18 months+ experience within a UK accountancy practice
• Studying towards ACA or ACCA, or looking to continue your studies
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and progress
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
