PAYROLL ASSOCIATE | WORCESTERSHIRE (Based out of Worcester or Redditch)

We’re working with a well-established professional services firm and client of Head turner Search who are growing their payroll function and are looking for a Payroll Associate to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working with clients, solving problems and being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

THE ROLE

You’ll support the delivery of payroll services across a varied client portfolio, including:

• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls

• Preparing RTI, EPS and pension submissions

• Managing starters, leavers, amendments and corrections

• Handling statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPP

• Responding to client queries professionally and promptly

• Supporting new client onboarding

• Ensuring payroll compliance and accurate record keeping

• Working closely with the wider team during busy periods

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

Ideally, you'll have previous payroll experience, either within a bureau or internal payroll environment, and be familiar with software such as Bright Pay, Xero Payroll or Sage.
