• Manage a varied client portfolio, acting as the key point of contact and providing commercially focused advice.
• Review statutory accounts, corporation tax calculations, and personal tax returns prepared by the team.
• Coordinate bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounting services while maintaining exceptional compliance standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, Associates, and Trainees to support their technical development.
• Oversee portfolio profitability, managing WIP, billing, fee proposals, and new client onboarding.
• Identify advisory and cross-selling opportunities to support ongoing client success and firm growth.
