Warehouse Administrator

Location: Worcestershire

We’re currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a thriving and growing business based in the Kidderminster area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking to develop within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing warehouse administration duties to support daily operations

* Acting as a key point of contact for internal queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

* Handling communication via phone and email with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

* Updating and maintaining weekly reports and spreadsheets

* Accurate data entry and maintaining stock and delivery records

* Liaising with warehouse, transport, and office teams to ensure smooth operations

* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

About You:

* Previous experience in a warehouse administration or administrative role

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Excellent organisational and IT skills, including experience using spreadsheets

* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

* A proactive and enthusiastic approach

* Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
