Simkiss Recruitment Solutions are working with a highly successful company based in Worcester, recruiting a Client Services Coordinator, a position that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple tasks and delivering a high standard of service.

This varied Clint Services Coordinator role will involve acting as a central point of contact for customers, site teams and internal departments, ensuring all information is managed accurately and efficiently throughout the process. Responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, confirming stock availability and delivery dates, liaising with site agents and buyers, maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring planned projects have the correct stock allocated.

You will work closely with multiple departments across the business to support first-time completions and deliver an excellent overall customer experience. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, alongside an excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Previous experience within an office-based customer service, coordination or administrative role is essential, and you will be confident building relationships with both customers and colleagues alike.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are also required, alongside a proactive and team-oriented approach. Experience liaising with site teams or working within a contracts, construction or housing-related environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
