About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced team on a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator with previous legal or professional services experience to support a dynamic legal department.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the legal team and wider business.
Prepare, format and proofread legal correspondence, documents and reports.
Maintain and organise legal files, ensuring accurate record keeping and document control.
Manage incoming emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries, directing them appropriately.
Schedule meetings, manage diaries and coordinate appointments.
Assist with the preparation and submission of legal documents and contracts.
Maintain legal databases, filing systems and document management systems.
Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in accordance with company procedures.
Support compliance and audit activities by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts where required.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the legal department.

About You
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work independently.
A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to support the wider team.
