Are you an organised Administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills? We are currently recruiting for a Contract Management Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Worcester on a temporary assignment expected to last up to six months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Contracts Administrator, Office Administrator, Sales Administrator or Customer Service Administrator looking to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Role

As a Contract Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Contract Management team with a variety of administrative and customer-focused tasks, ensuring contracts, orders and customer information are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Contract Management team
  • Maintaining and updating customer, contract and order information on internal systems
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets, customer correspondence and business documentation
  • Monitoring order schedules, contract renewals, loan agreements and key dates
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to or directing enquiries appropriately
  • Supporting audit activities and contract administration processes
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate processing of orders and documentation
  • Assisting with data management, records maintenance and reporting requirements
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support or contract administration position
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
Desirable Experience

Whilst not essential, experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

  • Contract administration
  • Commercial administration
  • Legal or compliance administration
  • Insurance, broker or financial services environments
  • Software or technology organisations
  • Producing bespoke reports and management information
  • Customer service-based administration roles
