The Role

As Receptionist & QUENSH Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our Worcester office. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues, you'll provide a professional front‑of‑house experience while supporting administrative activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and business records accurately.
  • Supporting QUENSH administration processes and documentation.
  • Ordering and managing office consumables and supplies.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Assisting with filing, document control, and record management activities.
  • Ensuring office administration is completed accurately and within required timescales.
What You’ll Need
