We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking long-term career progression within a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:

Servicing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
Conducting vehicle health checks and inspections as the Vehicle Technician
Carrying out repairs efficiently within prescribed time frames
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Working effectively as part of a skilled workshop team Requirements:

Minimum five years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Motor Vehicle Technician
Proven diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills

Experience with in a main dealership, independent garage, or automotive repair centre
Full UK driving licence
MOT Testing Licence is advantageous but not essential
Strong team working skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
