Our client, a reputable main dealership in Worcester, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. • Basic salary up to £45,000, with OTE reaching £48,000

• Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and carry out maintenance work as needed
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately
• Maintain workshop safety standards and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Complete detailed and accurate service and repair documentation

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or relevant extensive experience
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer environment
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and fault-finding techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Full UK Driving Licence
