We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking long-term career progression within a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:
- Servicing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
- Conducting vehicle health checks and inspections as the Vehicle Technician
- Carrying out repairs efficiently within prescribed time frames
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Working effectively as part of a skilled workshop team
Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Motor Vehicle Technician
- Proven diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills
- Experience with in a main dealership, independent garage, or automotive repair centre
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Testing Licence is advantageous but not essential
- Strong team working skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
