Vehicle Technician

Our client, a reputable main dealership in Worcester, Worcestershire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop.

Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards Accurately complete job cards, reports, and workshop documentation Diagnose vehicle faults effectively and recommend appropriate solutions Support colleagues with complex repairs and technical tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment Ensure workshop standards are consistently upheld and health & safety protocols are followed Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position: NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent Proven experience within a main dealership or quality independent workshop Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities Full UK Driving Licence with minimal penalty points MOT licence, hybrid/electric vehicle qualifications, or VAG brand experience are advantageous but not essential Reliable team player committed to high-quality workmanship If you are an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a role with excellent salary potential, ongoing training, and career growth, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
