Vascular Access & Renal Product Manager
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + benefits
Hybrid – UK (minimum one day every fortnight at Worcester Head Office)
A values‑driven medical device organisation is seeking an experienced Vascular Access & Renal Product Manager to lead the strategic development, positioning and commercial success of a specialist product portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially minded product professional with strong clinical awareness and experience in medical devices.

The Role
You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, driving strategy, innovation and growth across the Vascular Access & Renal portfolio. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing, you will identify market opportunities, strengthen the portfolio and support domestic and international commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Develop and implement portfolio and product strategies.
 
* Manage full product lifecycle and portfolio performance.
 
* Identify new products, technologies and market opportunities.
 
* Lead and support UK and international product launches.
 
* Build business cases and commercial recommendations.
 
* Monitor market, competitor and customer trends.
 
* Build relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals and distributors.
 
* Support forecasting, pricing, budgeting and commercial planning.
 
* Provide product, clinical and technical expertise to Sales and Marketing.
 
* Ensure products meet regulatory and lifecycle requirements.
 
* Develop product positioning, value propositions and customer messaging.
About You
 
* Degree educated or relevant professional qualification (CIM or STEM equivalent).
 
* Minimum 3 years’ product management experience.
 
* Medical device industry experience;
Vascular Access experience desirable.
 
* Experience managing UK and international product launches.
 
* Strong understanding of Medical Device Regulations (MDR).
 
* Proven experience across product lifecycle and portfolio management.
 
* Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management capability.
