As a catalyst for change, you will help teams identify opportunities, remove barriers, and develop problem-solving capabilities, embedding new ways of working that foster long-term business growth and operational excellence.

• Support the delivery of the Worcester Lean transformation program by facilitating improvement workshops, value stream mapping, and Kaizen activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance flow, quality, delivery, and efficiency, ensuring the sustainability of new ways of working.
• Coach and support teams in Lean tools and continuous improvement methods, driving engagement and adoption of Lean principles across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve transformation objectives and support communication and change initiatives throughout the program.
• Track transformation activities, measure benefits delivered, and monitor key performance indicators, providing progress updates to business leadership.

• Certifications:
  
  Lean or Six Sigma.
• Education:
  
  Proven professional experience in leading Lean or continuous improvement initiatives within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience:
  
  A proven track record of delivering business improvement or transformation activities.
