£45,000 - £50,000k
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Transformation Manager to join a growing organisation and drive operational improvements across finance, billing and business processes.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving cash collection, streamlining workflows, implementing automation and supporting operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cash collection and credit control processes.
- Improve invoicing accuracy and billing procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support customer onboarding, contract administration and renewals.
- Develop operational reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to improve efficiency.
- Experience in business operations, finance operations, credit control or commercial administration.
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational change.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and finance systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- £45,000 - £50,000 salary
