Edge Careers is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work within a blended contractor operating within the occupied housing refurbishment market.

Based in the Midlands office you will have commercial responsibility for a number of contracts on a national basis.

There is a degree of flexibility in the role, outline duties will include:

👷 Tender enquiries
👷Approving pricing & variations
👷 Payments and preparation of Invoices
👷 Preparation and submission of monthly cost/value reports and associated documentation
👷 Internal reporting

Previous experience in the UK housing market is essential
