Edge Careers is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work within privately owned sub-contractor operating predominantly within the housing refurbishments market
Based in the Midlands office you will have commercial responsibility for a number of contracts . This is a client led office-based position.
There is a degree of flexibility in the role, outline duties will include:
👷 Tender enquiries
👷Approving pricing & variations
👷 Payments and preparation of Invoices
👷 Preparation and submission of monthly cost/value reports and associated documentation
👷 Internal reporting
