Overview
Quantity Surveyor - Worcestershire
Edge Careers is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work within privately owned sub-contractor operating predominantly within the housing refurbishments market. Based in the Midlands office you will have commercial responsibility for a number of contracts. This is a client led office-based position.
Responsibilities- Tender enquiries
- Approving pricing & variations
- Payments and preparation of Invoices
- Preparation and submission of monthly cost/value reports and associated documentation
- Internal reporting
