ROLE: EVENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION:
BROMSGROVE
COMPETITIVE SALARY
FULL-TIME, PERMANENT, HYBRID - EITHER ON SITE, REMOTE OR OFFICE
Job Overview:
My client who are a family-run business and one of the UK’s leading marquee and temporary building suppliers, are seeking a skilled Event / Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead their various exciting projects from inception to completion, UK wide.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish - a mixture of Events or Industrial projects
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and resolve any issues that arise
- Implement health and safety procedures on-site
Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Health & Safety Accreditation
- Proven experience as an Event Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software for project design and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of event construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
