📍 Hybrid – Worcester Office & Field
💰 £50k–£60k Basic + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
If you’re an experienced construction sales professional who enjoys developing strategic contractor relationships rather than chasing one-off deals, this is worth a look.
You’ll inherit and grow established UK key accounts across Roofing, Façade/Fenestration, Modular, Bricklaying & Drylining sectors, managing sales from £1k to £500k.
This role suits someone who:
* Has a strong building/construction products background
* Has strong account management experience both face to face and over the phone.
* Is confident operating at Management & Director level
* Can deliver structured QBRs and long-term account growth
* Wants to join a brand-led, innovation-focused international manufacturer
