Foreman, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Position: Working Foreman
CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join an ongoing fit out project based in Worcester.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a foreman who is confident leading trades on site while also working alongside the team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and site trades

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained

* Coordinating works and maintaining project schedules

* Carrying out hands-on duties where required

* Reporting progress to senior management

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Working Foreman on fit out projects

* Joinery background

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid qualification preferred

* Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities effectively
