We're working with a highly regarded regional main contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark £80m new build scheme. Key responsibilities include:

Managing day‑to‑day site operations
Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
Ensuring successful project delivery from build phase through to completion

Requirements:

Strong background with recognised main contractors
Experience on major new build projects (£30m+ ideally)
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
Stable career history with demonstrable project success
