Drainage CCTV Team Leader
Are you an experienced drainage or CCTV drainage surveying professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a proactive, safety-focused Drainage CCTV Team Leader to join our operational team and help us deliver high‑quality drainage services to our clients.
As a key member of our field operations, you’ll take ownership of preparing, delivering, and completing drainage CCTV surveying works to industry standards. Leading by example, you will ensure safe working practices, guide your team on‑site, and maintain excellent communication with clients and supervisors.
The Role- Prepare for each job by reviewing job packs, RAMS, and checking all equipment and vehicles.
- Lead the crew on‑site, carrying out drainage CCTV surveys and manhole inspections to industry standards.
- Complete dynamic risk assessments and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
- Allocate tasks effectively to maximise productivity and quality.
- Keep accurate records, job sheets, and technical documentation, ensuring data is returned promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors, reporting progress or issues.
- Ensure every site is left clean, safe, and fully compliant.
- Experience in drainage, CCTV drainage surveying, or a similar operational field role.
- Strong understanding of health & safety, RAMS, dynamic risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Confident team leader with the ability to guide and support others.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, safely, and professionally on every site.
