Miller Homes in the West Midlands is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team. You will lead commercial activities on one or more developments, ensuring robust cost control and timely reporting.
The role requires experience with house-building environments and familiarity with Cognos, Anaplan and JDE is desirable. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with other departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.
