Comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimator Specialist Joinery & Woodworking will involve:
Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke furniture & joinery projects for residential sectors (desks, panelling , furniture, cabinets, surfaces etc.) Managing projects from initial enquiry through to final quotation, ensuring accurate and commercially viable pricing Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope, materials, quantities and project requirements Producing detailed take-offs, BOQs and quotations within required deadlines Estimating material, labour, manufacturing and installation costs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain costs for specialist materials and outsourced requirements Working closely with designers, architects, clients and production teams throughout the estimating process Providing technical support, answering client queries and maintaining strong relationships Supporting project handovers and monitoring costs through to completion The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Specialist Joinery & Woodworking with Must have Estimating experience within the joinery, bespoke interior products, furniture market or closely related sectors Great technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Highly organised with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good team player who also works well individually Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within:
