Supervisor, Construction, Site Manager

Our client, a renowned tier 2 contractor in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team on a long-term contract in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily site operations in the water sector
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Supervising and coordinating blue-collar workers
Managing the site schedule and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Conducting site inspections and resolving any issues that arise
Maintaining accurate records of site activities
Providing strong leadership and direction to the team

Job Requirements:

Experience in a supervisory role within the water sector
CSCS (Gold) card
SSSTS certification
First Aid certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
