Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support refurbishment and void works across social housing contracts. You will work from our Wrexham office, home and on site, coordinating with operational teams and subcontractors to deliver cost-effective solutions.
You will manage budgets, prepare cash flows, and submit monthly applications for payment while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. A UK driving licence and DBS check are required.
