This is a full-time on-site role for a Print Finisher based in Worcester. The Print Finisher will be responsible for operating and maintaining finishing equipment, ensuring all printed materials meet the company's high-quality standards. Day-to-day duties include trimming, folding, binding, and assembling printed products to customer specifications. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring attention to detail, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Experience with booklet makers, crease/folders, guillotines, mailing equipment and the ability to handle and operate relevant equipment is very desirable.
• Basic knowledge of printing and applying finishing touches to printed materials, including handwork
• Willingness to undergo training and enhance technical skills related to print finishing
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of print production is essential
