Customer Success Sales Advisor

As a Customer Success Sales Advisor, you'll sit at the heart of the customer journey. You'll combine brilliant service with commercial awareness — helping customers get the most from their products while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a way that genuinely adds value. You'll build strong relationships, solve problems, and play a key role in driving growth and retention.

• Ensuring customers have a seamless, positive experience
• Managing billing and account enquiries with confidence
• Guiding customers to success with tailored product solutions
• Handling customer calls and rotating through ticket-based enquiries
• Working as part of a commercially focused Customer Care team
• Contributing to sales targets and customer retention goals

• Experience in customer support, ideally phone-based
• Exposure to a commercial or sales-driven environment
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• A natural ability to build rapport and recommend solutions

• Monday to Friday between 6am - 7pm, typically:
• 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm
• Occasional shifts (with notice): 6am - 2pm or 11am - 7pm
• Weekend shifts with notice (8am - 4pm) are remote
• Remote working available on Fridays

You'll receive full training and ongoing support from our Worcester office. Initial training is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
