About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, bookings, and report queries.
 
* Address client concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
 
* Maintain a positive and professional approach to ensure outstanding client experiences.
 
* Support Account Managers by updating client details, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
 
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and continuously improve processes.
 
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
 
* Share insights from client interactions to drive continuous improvement.
 
* Participate in training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Essential

Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 
* Excellent interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport.
 
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
 
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
 
* A proactive and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Experience:
