Listers Group Limited is recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Volvo dealership in Worcester. The role runs 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, offering an excellent basic salary with OTE up to £32,000 plus benefits.
You will handle Aftersales calls, book vehicles in for service or repairs, input data accurately and focus on customer retention and satisfaction while driving lead conversions.
