HSBC Worcester is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding in-branch service. You will handle transactions, answer product queries, educate customers on self-service devices and digital banking options, and work as part of a busy branch team.
You will receive full training over 8 days, 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts, and a starting salary of £25,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus.
