Account Handler

Specialist manufacturing and insulation company requires an Account Handler to join their expanding team based in Worcester.

Building and maintaining strong relationships are essential to fulfil the position of Account Handler. Within this role you will be offered free car parking, offered on a temporary to permanent position, this role of Account Handler will be available for immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities of Account Handler:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned customers
• Become the trusted point of contact for all account enquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and regular updates throughout each project
• Process quotations, customer orders and amendments accurately
• Manage day-to-day customer requests efficiently
• Keep customer records up to date
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Monitor account activity and performance
• Keep both customers and internal teams informed throughout the order process

Skills and attributes required by Account Handler:

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Competent using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

Location:

Worcester, Worcestershire

Hours of work: 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Salary: 12.71 per hour

Contract:

Temporary to permanent
