Role Description

Receptionist – Worcester Dental, 26 London Road, Worcester, WR5 2DL
.

15.50 Hours Per Week.

Worcester Highlights

  • 4 surgeries computerised using Dentally software
  • Close to Shrub Hill, Worcester bus station, M5 Junction 7
  • Free on‑site parking
  • Practice Manager with 14 years’ experience
  • 4 dentists including 2 with 14 years’ experience each
  • Head Nurse with 7 years’ experience
  • Services Offered:
    Implant supported restorations (IMOS)
  • Facial aesthetics (FA) and aesthetic treatments
  • Near Worcester Cathedral, providing a stunning historic backdrop
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
  • Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
  • Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
  • Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
  • Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
  • A team player who thrives on helping others
