Dental Nurse – Worcester | Full-Time Hours Over 4 Days | Private Practice | £13.00–£14.50 per Hour

We are recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a well-established private dental practice in Worcester on a permanent basis with an immediate start available.

Working with Flourish Medical as a Dental Nurse offers you:

• £13.00–£14.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications (approximately £26,000–£29,000 per annum based on a 37.5-hour week)

• 1% performance bonus based on the earnings generated by the dentists you support

• Full-time hours

• One Saturday per month required

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Nurse:

• Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration

• Previous dental practice experience

• Right to work in the UK

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Professional, reliable and organised approach

• Ability to work effectively within a busy private practice

• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care

Suitable for Dental Nurse, Qualified Dental Nurse and/or Registered Dental Nurse.

As a Dental Nurse, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing chairside support across a range of private dental procedures

• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, equipment and instruments

• Following infection prevention and control procedures

• Supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care

• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation

• Assisting with patient communication and appointment management

• Working collaboratively with the wider practice team

The practice is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Pershore, Evesham, Redditch and surrounding areas.
