Senior Architectural Technician
Location:
Worcester
Salary: £40-46,000
An established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing Worcester team. Known for delivering innovative and sustainable projects across the residential, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, the practice offers a collaborative BIM-led environment focused on technical excellence. Daily Duties
Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and wider design teams
Manage and coordinate project information using Revit and BIM workflows
Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Attend site visits and resolve technical issues during construction
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
Mentor and support junior team members within the team Ideal Candidate
Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Strong technical knowledge and proven project delivery experience
Proficiency in Revit and BIM-led project environments
Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy is desirable
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage workload independently while supporting team leadership
Degree qualified or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
