The RoleWe are looking for a landscape architect to join a small team based in Worcestershire. While there’s flexibility with hybrid working, teamwork is key, and everyone works together in an open‑plan studio, supporting each other day‑to‑day. The role offers a variety of projects, from urban design to working with rural landowners, so there’s always something different.
The office is set in a stunning location, making it a great spot for someone thinking about moving away from city life.
The StudioThis landscape architecture practice focuses on creating beautiful and functional spaces. They work on everything from private gardens to large public areas, and whether it’s a small garden or a large urban development, the aim is to design places that look great, work well for the people who use them, and connect with the surrounding environment.
The team is small but highly skilled, with a handful of people bringing their expertise to each project. They collaborate with clients to bring ideas to life in a practical and sustainable way. The focus is on designing spaces that are functional and enjoyable, not just visually appealing, ensuring they stand the test of time.
Requirements- Strong background in landscape architecture with experience across a variety of project types and scales.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good communication skills, as the role involves working closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Proactive problem‑solving approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant degree in landscape architecture or a related field; a professional qualification (such as chartership) would be an advantage.
