Our client Training is looking to bring on a an experienced plumbing trainer that will have an opportunity to make the role their own. This is a groundbreaking opportunity for an experienced plumber to move into training to take the next stage in their professional development, you will be involved with establishing a new area of the business.

This is the role where you will be have the independence as a plumbing trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally in the world. As a plumbing trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of plumbing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

* Hands-on plumbing training

* Individualised coaching to learners

* Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance

* Guide learners to successful completion of their plumbing and building services training and qualifications

* Establish and maintain a leading training programme

Key Requirements:

* Level 3 in Plumbing

* Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or D32/D33)

* Commercial experience in the plumbing sector

* Strong IT Skills
