Cover Supervisors Needed – Flexible Day-to-Day Work in Worcester

Looking for flexible work that fits around your life? We’re on the lookout for Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools across Worcester on a day-to-day supply basis.

This role is perfect if you:

Enjoy working with young people
Want flexible work (choose the days you work!)
Are considering a career in education or already have school experience

What you’ll be doing :

Supervising classes when teachers are absent
Making sure students stay on task with pre-set work
Keeping the classroom calm, safe, and positive

What we’re looking for:

Confidence managing a classroom
A friendly, reliable, can-do attitude
Experience working with children or young people (6 months minimum)
