Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Worcester. You will be responsible for supervising classes when teachers are absent, ensuring that students remain engaged, safe, and productive. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education or develop their teaching career.

• Supervise whole classes following teacher lesson plans
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Support students in completing set work and activities
• Report any concerns regarding student behaviour or wellbeing
• Assist teaching staff with administrative tasks if needed

• Graduate or undergraduate degree in any subject
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., teaching assistants, youth work, tutoring)
• Recent school leavers with strong academic records and leadership potential
• Candidates looking to train as teachers or enter the education sector

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Organised with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Friendly and approachable, able to build rapport with students
