MABCo - Enhanced Mainstream Autism Base Coordinator

Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead the Enhanced Mainstream Autism Base (EMAB)
- Teach a secondary subject to GCSE as part of the bespoke curriculum
- Provide specialist provision for 12 students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Use individual learning plans to support each student's learning journey
- Experience teaching students with additional needs
- Hold or be willing to undertake the NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification
- Strong behaviour and personal development facilitation skills
- Behaviour and personal development framework is excellent
- The school is an Inclusion Quality Mark Centre of Excellence
- Live in a vibrant, oversubscribed 11-18 secondary school
