Early Years Phase Lead – Early Years Foundation Stage Lead

Status: Full-time, 5 days per week + INSET days
Salary: £32,916 – £45,352 per annum (TLR2)
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership for the Early Years team, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
- Model outstanding practice and mentor colleagues to develop their skills and confidence
- Lead curriculum planning and innovation, ensuring a rich, engaging, and inclusive learning experience for all children
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using data to inform improvement strategies
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders, parents, and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for every child
- Champion early years pedagogy and contribute to whole-school development priorities
- Support the Catholic ethos of our school
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in Early Years education
- Proven track record of impactful leadership within an EYFS setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
