Aspire People are looking for experienced Qualified Teachers (QTS) to provide day‑to‑day or long‑term supply cover in secondary schools across Worcester. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject area
- Follow existing lesson plans or adapt materials as needed
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a productive classroom
- Report on student progress and any issues to the school
- Support school staff with administrative tasks as required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in secondary schools
- A strong track record in your subject area
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility to cover different year groups or subjects as needed
- Confident and adaptable teaching style
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff
