We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with prior experience in educational settings. The ideal candidate will be a forest school specialist and possess a strong understanding of child development and effective strategies for supporting behavior in a nurturing environment. You will work with our pastoral team, supporting children’s learning and development in both whole class settings and 1:1 scenarios, providing tailored assistance to children with additional needs.

You will foster a positive and creative learning atmosphere. Proven experience in an educational role is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility and creativity in approach are essential.
