Head of International Admissions

Position: Head of International Admissions (Permanent)
This senior role is designed for an experienced professional with a proven background leading international admissions within a school setting. The post holder will be responsible for driving overseas pupil recruitment across a group of schools and associated programmes. Experience limited to non-school commercial or operational roles will not meet the requirements of this position.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver annual international recruitment and engagement strategies.

* Represent the schools at overseas recruitment events, assessing impact and refining approach.

* Lead and manage global agent relationships, identifying new market opportunities and improving enrolment outcomes.

* Head the international admissions function, overseeing the full admissions journey for pupils applying from outside the UK.

* Work closely with senior leaders, admissions and marketing teams to meet recruitment targets.

* Support the growth of seasonal programmes and progression into core school pathways.
